Benevolence

The Fountain of Praise is not a government-assisted agency. All available resources are a direct result of donations from our congregation.

Please allow seven (7) working days after applying for our benevolence committee to make their decision. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • All requests for assistance, must be made by completing an Application for Financial Assistance. Applications are available in the main office or by downloading it from this website. Click Here to download an Application.
  • Once completed, the application along with all supporting documentation must be submitted to the office during office hours. Click Here for office hours.
  • Applications will be submitted to the Finance Office for review and the applicant will be contacted with a decision.
  • Please allow seven (7) working days after applying for a decision.
  • If the applicant's contact information changes during that time, please contact the church office with an update.

For Rental Assistance:

  1. Lease Agreement/Proof of Mortgage (MUST be in applicant's name)
  2. Eviction Notice
  3. Official Government Photo ID (ex. Driver's license, State ID, Passport)

For Utilities:

  1. Lease Agreement/Proof of Mortgage (MUST be in applicant's name)
  2. Current Disconnection Notice
  3. Official Government Photo ID (ex. Driver's license, State ID, Passport)
