Training will be conducted by The Harris County Tax-Collector Office.

This Training is mandatory for anyone who is interested in becoming a new or renewal Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar. That means applicants MUST attend training before they can be appointed as a Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar.

If interested, a volunteer can also certify with Fort Bend County by providing Fort Bend with a copy of their Harris County Certificate and following their instructions. Go to Registration for detailed instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HARRIS COUNTY TRAINING:

1) Download the Volunteer Deputy Voter Registration Application 

2) Complete the application and bring it to the training.
